The opportunity

Tree work is bought in two ways. Some of it is planned, a homeowner in Wahroonga or Castle Hill finally deciding the big gum out the back has to come down. A lot of it is urgent, a branch through the fence after a storm, a tree leaning over the driveway, a job that needs sorting this week. In almost every one of those moments, the customer reaches for their phone and searches. Noble Tree Services has twenty years of reputation, qualified arborists, full insurance and the gear to handle anything from a small prune to a technical dismantle. The opportunity is to make sure Noble is the name that shows up first when those searches happen, right as you take the business forward.

◆ Strong foundation. The online presence just has not kept up.

What you are working with
  • The reputation and the Noble name are genuine assets. Twenty years of trusted work in north-west Sydney, and an owner who knows the job inside out. That is the hard part, and it is already done.
  • The website is dated and barely visible in search. When a Hornsby or Ku-ring-gai homeowner searches "tree removal Sydney" or "arborist near me", Noble is not the name they find, even though you can do the work better than whoever is.
  • The social presence needs lifting too. There is a Facebook page but not much momentum, and no real Instagram. For a tree business that is a missed open goal, and we have a specific recommendation on it in Section 02.

Two core channels, one job pipeline

The core programme covers the two search channels that win work together. Google Ads buys you the top of the page from day one for the highest-intent searches. SEO plus AI Overviews builds the free, lasting visibility underneath it, including the Google Business Profile and map-pack work. Both are run by the same in-house Fresh Digital team and rolled into one plain-English monthly report. Social is set out separately below as an optional add-on.

Paid search puts Noble at the very top of Google the moment someone searches for tree work. We focus the budget on the north-west Sydney council areas you already cover, the Hills, Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Blacktown, Parramatta, Hawkesbury and Penrith, so every dollar of ad spend chases real, nearby, ready-to-book demand rather than spraying across all of NSW.

North-west Sydney geo-targeting. Tight targeting on Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Hornsby, Wahroonga, Pennant Hills and the surrounding suburbs you service.
High-intent keywords. Tree removal, tree lopping, pruning, stump grinding, dangerous and storm-damage searches, the terms that mean someone needs an arborist now.
Call-first campaign build. Call extensions and click-to-call so the easiest action on the ad is to ring you, straight through to your line.
Conversion tracking. Every call and quote request from the ads is tracked, so we know which keywords pay and which to cut.
Negative keywords & budget control. Filtering out job-seekers, DIY and tyre-kickers so spend goes to genuine buyers.

We structure your content so Noble is named in those answers, not buried below them. This runs on the same foundations as the SEO work, so you build for both at once. Section 03 explains why this matters now.

You are on jobs every day with the best content there is, big dismantles, before-and-afters, the chipper running, the team at height. A thirty-second clip from your phone beats anything an agency can stage. It costs nothing but ten minutes a day, it is authentic, and it builds the Noble brand faster than a polished post ever could. Our strong recommendation is that you get on top of this yourself.

If you run it yourself (recommended). Film the big jobs, post the before-and-afters, reply to comments. We will give you a simple one-page playbook to get going, no charge.
If you would rather hand it over. For an extra $500 + GST per month we manage Facebook and Instagram for you: a content calendar, regular posting, captions and basic community management, working from the job footage you send us.
Either way it is your call. Social is not required for the search programme to work. It is the brand layer on top, and you can start it, stop it or switch who runs it any month.

Getting Noble named as that answer is called Answer Engine Optimisation, and it runs on the same foundations as the SEO and Google Business Profile work, so you build for all of them at once.
